The ground floor has an open space living / dining room with direct access to a covered terrace. There's also fully equipped modern kitchen and a bathroom.

The basement has direct access to private garage with a utility room containing an additional fridge / freezer and washer / drier. There is space for 1 big car or 2 small cars in the garage. There's also free street parking in front of the community. The basement also features a big bright bedroom with ensuite bathroom and home office.

The house is located in a quiet gated community with 24 townhouses, facing the seafront and the La Concha mountain at the back. You're just a stone's throw from the 5-star Puente Romano Hotel and a short walk from the beach.

There are three swimming pools, a children’s pool, an infinity-pool with jacuzzi and hydromassage and a heated pool for all year.
